Play together.
Different tees. Same round.
Why we started Mix'd Links
Mixed golf doesn't get the love it deserves.
We're John and Emily. Married. Golf partners. Golf rivals. Very competitive.
We play together. We play against each other. We play with friends, with other couples, and with our sons. Some of our best rounds ever.
Social? Always.
Competitive? Dangerously.
Beating your spouse? Priceless.
Losing to your spouse? You'll hear about it at dinner. And breakfast. And next week.
Most of our mixed rounds happen at rare members-only events at our club. They're a blast. They're also members only, and way underappreciated.
That's not enough.
So we started Mix'd Links. More mixed rounds. More places. More people. Club golfer or public golfer, you're in.
Bring your spouse. Bring your friends. Bring the kids.
Mixed golf. No ego.
— John & Emily
What is mixed golf?
Men and women. Couples, friends, families, all skill levels. One team. One round.
Different tees keep it fair. The format keeps it fun.
- Scramble. Everyone hits. Pick the best shot. Everyone plays from there. Fast, loose, low pressure.
- Best ball. Everyone plays their own ball. The team takes the best score on each hole.
- Alternate shot. One ball. Take turns. Every shot counts, and so does your partner's.
- Chapman. Both tee off. Swap balls for the second shot. Pick the better ball and alternate shots from there.
With them. Or against them.
Partner up with your spouse. Or line up across from them.
Either way, somebody's buying the drinks.
